Sharing
Should you not be a match for the Company, it has the discretion to share your application with our subsidiaries, project, and business units, and should you still not be selected, we shall delete your personal information.
Security
We implement sufficient technological, organizational and physical security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Storage & Destruction
Your data will be kept within ten (10) years from date of last engagement or as may be required by existing laws, rules and regulations, unless you request your data to be deleted in our system, database, and/or dispose the physical copies of documents earlier than this date, and subject to the limitation of applicable laws, rules or regulations. Once deleted, your information will no longer be searchable or included in anonymous searches and will be completely removed from all the storage locations.
